The Username and Password will be e-mailed to the Administrative Contact.
You can lookup the Contact's e-mail address in the
WHOIS database.
If this e-mail address is no longer valid, you will need to fax an
Administrative E-mail Address Change Form and a copy of your photo I.D. (e.g., driver's license) to Tucows at 416-531-2516.
Generally, changes are made within 24 hours. Once the e-mail address is updated, you can retrieve your username and password.
