Status Alerts

Renewal notices (status alerts) are e-mailed to both the Administrative and Billing Contacts for the domain name. The first e-mail is sent 90 days prior to the domain name's expiration date. Subsequent e-mails are sent at 60 days, 30 days, and 5 days prior to the expiration date.

You can monitor which domains are coming up for renewal from within the Manage Domain Control Panel.

Domain Locking

By locking your domain, any requests to transfer the domain to another registrar or hosting company will automatically fail. This can be used to prevent fraudulent transfers of the domain.

Domain locking is enabled/disabled from the Manage Domain Control Panel.

DNS/Zone Record Edit

Name Server Management:

Your domain's Name Servers hold the information about how to reach your domain name. Your Website hosting company will provide you with this information. Every domain name has one Primary Name Server, and at least one Secondary Name Server.

Zone Record Management:

Domain forwarding allows you to direct your domain name to an existing Website. Our Domain Forwarding is ad-free and banner-free. Your Domain Registrar does not place pop-up ads on your site like other Domain Forwarding services.

Combine domain forwarding with URL framing (masking) so that your visitors see the address you want them to, not the underlying address.

Domain Privacy

Domain Privacy (also called Whois Privacy, Private Domain Registration, and ID Protect) allows you to update your WHOIS record with non-personal information. When you enable Privacy, the Administrative Contact and Billing Contact sections of your WHOIS record are replaced with generic Your Domain Registrar information.

Using Domain Privacy can help to significantly reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail and postal mail you receive. You will still be listed as the Registrant of your domain, and you will retain complete control of your domain.
